We ran out of shampoo and my hair needs washed but all we have is some RID dog shampoo.

Ok you can get Cheap shampoo for like 1$ ok? DONT USE DOG SHAMPOO. Its not the same thing as mane and tail for horses. Use body wash if you HAVE to.

P.S. I'd probably use dish soap/hand soap before dog shampoo.
