An item called a lint roller is found in many department stores. Or as a quick on the go fix, find some tape, tear off a piece about 8 inches long, wrap it backwards so the sticky side is out, and simply pat along your clothing letting the sticky pick up the hairs.
Good luck.

You can buy a roller that has disposable sticky sheets that pick up the hair off of your clothes. You can buy them at almost every pet store, grocery store, etc.
Tape is also a great Macguver-style lint roller-- try tape rolled over backwards. Pat your clothes to remove the hair. When it wont pick up anymore hair, twist it around so that the opposite side is facing down, and put you clothing. Hope this helps :)

Use a heavy duty lint roller that has a sticky mesh to it. It probably will not remove all of it. However, the best thing to use is duct tape. It is expensive to use, but it will remove just about anything that sticks to your clothing.

If you don't have a lint brush or roller, try some tape. The wider the tape the better... duct tape... masking tape.. then scotch tape... or giant stickers (like the big Fragile Stickers that airlines have)...
I use the tape and stickers when I'm at work (airline... navy uniform)...
Unless you mean large quantities of clothing... then I would suggest a good washing... shake out before you put them in the dryer (yes, one by one) and then dry... that out to do it..
Then again I don't havea dog... this is just how I rid myself of my cousin's cat's hair from my clothing...
Good luck to ya...
Or... try a vacuum for some excitement. lol. Just be careful with it if your clothes are rather pricey. In fact, skip that suggestion all together if your clothes aren't very durable. (PLEASE do not attempt with silk, good lord no)
Or! Dry cleanerrr!! Make it someone else's problem :)
You pay them to clean it, they better clean it good, no? loL
That's a little harsh... But... either that or get to using some packing tape!
