Wow, very good question! Easily.. Not too much.. If you want to spend some time at it, vacuum, and get those rollers that have the sticky tape, and roll the whole interior of the car.. Won't get it all, but you can get most of it :)

As the tape gets full of hair, toss and get another piece. I have one of those rubber brushes (doesn't work for me), as well as a red brush that has a knappy, velour type of material that works ok. I stick (no pun intended) to the tape method for almost every surface in my car and home.
