How do I get dog hair out from where the floor meets the base board without the vaccum?

My vacuum cleaner does not get it out. I thought some sort of brush would get it out, but that didn't work either. ANy ides for me that I don't have to spend much money on?

The other thing that works for me is using rubber dish gloves with the textured fingers. For some reason, the ones that only have the grippers on the palms don't work as well, but the ones with the textured fingers to the tips give me the ability to pull the fur out in a nice neat little fur pile at the end of the wall. I also like the gloves that are a thicker rubber because I have long fingernails and they last longer than the thin ones which eventually wind up with holes where my fingernails poke through.

It might sound stupid... but try it with some pieces of sellotape or any sticky tape

Put your hand inside an old sock and wipe the hair out. Tape will work too.
