How do you get rid of dog hair that is stuck in everything?

Over in nsw australia, from the markets or vet clinins you can purchase static pet hair remover brusher. They work brilliantly, if you can aquire one of those by possibly searching ebay? otherwise some link brushes may work other than that dog hair on couches etc. Also dog hair is unavoidable no matter how much you brush them. goodluck

If you are desperate for one i may be able to purchase one and post to you at a cost? goodluck either way

If you would brush your dog regularly to get the undercoat out then your job would be a little easier and less hairy.

Lint rollers, vacuum cleaners, no carpets, plastic covers on furniture, brush your dog's hair everyday (or give him a nice hair do) ;-)

just learn to live with it and carry a lint brush everywhere.

There's a pet sponge available from WalMart and other stores in the Pet Section, that will get rid of ALL those stuck in pet hairs.

You just drag the dry sponge over the affected piece of furniture and the hair rolls up into a tube, which you then pick off and deposit in the garbage. It will even get all those nasty stuck-in hairs that most lint rollers leave behind.

I have the same problem. Cover you furniture with something you can throw in the wash. Vacuum frequently- even the furniture. Keep a lint roller handy always- even in the car. Brush your dog frequently and bath once or twice a month. Hair spray. Makes the hair on furniture and stuff slightly tacky, and easier to vacuum and pick up with the lint roller.

Well if it really bothers you get rid of the dog but if not brush you dog and vacuum alot don't sweep it pushes the hair everywhere also vacummes every where. Use a dryer sheet on your dogs coat to help remove some of the excess hair on you dog and you dog will smell good also. Also a good grooming not nessecarily cutting the dogs hair but blow drying the dogs hair through a professional groomer helps minimize hair shedding in your home

Cheapest way is to buy a roll of masking tape. Its way cheaper than the lint rollers sold by pet stores and equally effective.
