Alright I have tried lint rollers and vacuuming with the heavy duty shop vac. What next???

Try masking tape or duct tape. Hair is a hard thing to get out, especially if the hair is furry.

Try a lint brush too..... you must have a bad hair problem.... wow!!!! keep working on it, you will get it all..... A vacuum with a stiff brush attachment will work pretty good too.

wrap duct tapes around your hand and use it as lint rollers. The glue is stickier than lint rollers. No guarantee that all the dog hair will come but will remove some of the hair that didn't come off with ealier attempts. Good luck.

You will LOVE this product, I promise. It is called Sticky Sheets. I heard about it on an info-mercial. But I purchase it on eBay for a little less. Picture supersticky adhesive tape, but the size of a sheet of newspaper. Place it on the sofa, seat of the car, bedspread, whatever... Smooth it flat...then rip it off! Works over and over again, so you can get nearly every bit of fur. I actually give this stuff as gifts to fellow dog lovers.
