I Found Hair In my hot dog, what can i do?

i found a long stand of hair wrapped around a hot dog wiener in a package of hot dog wieners. this is so nasty and sick.

what can i do about this?

Well besides gagging you can look on the package and see if the company has a 1-800-number and call and file a complaint or find their website and do the same, or write them a letter and send it to the address listed. Or you could try to take it back to the store you got it from and see if they will exchange it. If you take it back to the store, I would still file a complaint with the company that made the hot dog.

that's probably the best and cleanest part of the hot dog! hahaha...do you know what a hotdog is made of? hahaha...just pull out the hair and eat the hotdog! ahaha...

well since the store you bought it from did not package it why stop shopping come on don't tell me you never made a dish that had a hair in it? Take the package back and get your money back and then email or write the hot dog company and explain to them giving them all the numbers you find on the package. They might be able to trace where it was packaged. you might receive something for your troubles but don't wait for it.

It's clearly the fault of the manufacturer. So contact them either from information on the package, or on the web, which would probably be easiest. Just nicely explain what happened. I'm sure they'll send you a coupon for a free package or 2. The market would probably do the same... give you a free package if you bring in your receipt or just explain what happened. Your choice. Other than that, it's not exactly an earth shattering event. Just one of those unpleasant things that happen now and then.

But a law suit? Absolutely not!
